Clinical and Preclinical CRO Research Facilities
MicroConstants has two state-of-the-art facilities to support our clinical and preclinical CRO services and bioanalysis studies: one in San Diego, California, and one in China.
MicroConstants San Diego
MicroConstants’ San Diego facility is the largest of our clinical and preclinical CRO facilities and is located in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego, California, one of the leading biotech hubs in the country. The facility has 34,000 square feet of office and laboratory space which includes sample preparation laboratories, an immunoassay laboratory, and mass spectrometry laboratories. The laboratories are equipped with lights that prevent degradation of photosensitive drugs, and the facility is secured by an alarm system, a surveillance camera system, and a badge access system. We also have an additional 2,000 square feet of offsite archive space in San Diego.
MicroConstants’ China CRO facility is located in the Huilongsen International Science & Technology Park in the Beijing Development Area (BDA), southeast of Beijing. The facility has 8,000 square feet of office, laboratory, archive, and storage space. It consists of bioanalytical, sample preparation, and mass spectrometry laboratories, as well as a sample receiving room, freezer room, and reference standards room. The bioanalytical laboratory is furnished with lights that prevent degradation of photosensitive drugs. The facility is equipped with a surveillance camera system and a badge access system. The premises are gated, with security guards on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
